The issue regarding communication error "code: 500 detail code: 999" where users cannot launch Pokémon HOME has been addressed. We have confirmed that this error occurs when a user tries to move Pokémon that had been obtained by unauthorized means or that have other issues.
- In some cases, users can launch Pokémon HOME, but Pokémon that had been obtained by unauthorized means or that have issues do not display in their boxes correctly.
- Please note that we will not be able to perform restorations for any malfunctions caused by Pokémon that had been obtained by unauthorized means or that have other issues (regardless of whether the unauthorized means of obtaining the Pokémon were intentional or not).
- The display will return to normal if users avoid moving the Pokémon that were obtained by unauthorized means or that have other issues.
- In regards to users who are trying to move their Pokémon from Pokémon Bank: if any such Pokémon are in the box you are trying to move, you might not be able to move the Pokémon. So please sort your Pokémon into boxes of Pokémon that have or do not have issues, and move the boxes of Pokémon that do not have issues one by one.
- We regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide guidance as to which Pokémon are issue-free, so please check by yourself. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
